If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items to us within 30 days from the date you received them. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, and your return must include the order confirmation. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel, which may take up to 14 days. If you do not receive a confirmation email within that timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
