Turnaround Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST), excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided if available. Please note that orders shipped using USPS First Class Mail may not include tracking numbers.

• Shipping rates are based on the weight of your products and your delivery location.

• Before completing checkout, you will see the exact shipping cost and can confirm your order.

 

Backorders
If an item in your order is on backorder:

1. We will ship the in-stock items immediately.

2. Backordered items will ship separately once available.

3. No additional shipping fees will be charged for the second shipment.
